FakeLive ("we", "us", or "our") operates the fakelive.ai website. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our service.
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. This information is stored in our authentication system (Supabase) to manage your account.
All video recording and processing happens locally in your browser. We do not upload, store, or have access to any videos you create with FakeLive. Your recordings stay on your device.
Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), our Merchant of Record. When you purchase FakeLive Pro, Creem collects your payment information directly. We do not store your credit card details. Please refer to Creem's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your payment data.
We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous usage data (page views, visitor counts). No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
We use local storage in your browser to remember your preferences (such as your plan status). We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. Authentication is handled by Supabase with industry-standard security practices.
You can sign out and stop using the service at any time. To request deletion of your account data, please contact us at planystudio.sg@gmail.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page.
