By using FakeLive ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
FakeLive is a browser-based video recording tool that adds TikTok-style live-stream overlays (comments, viewer counts, host profile, floating hearts) to your camera recordings. It is intended for content creation purposes only. FakeLive does not provide actual live streaming.
You may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account with others.
Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), our Merchant of Record. All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the product and immediate access upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Pro features, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

Videos you create with FakeLive belong to you. The FakeLive software, branding, and code remain the property of Plan Y Studio.
FakeLive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. All recording and processing happens locally in your browser; we are not responsible for data loss due to browser crashes or device issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plan Y Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
